The data the platform uses
Hyre can store account details, customer-requested jobs, project notes, messages, and worker profile details in Lovable Cloud. An independently owned backup can contain matching copies of authorized database records.
AI conversations
If you use Ask Hyre, your question and a limited amount of prior conversation context may be sent to OpenAI so the system can respond. Do not submit sensitive household information unnecessarily. Chat clearing does not automatically erase previously retained recovery backups.
Payments and service addresses
Stripe handles applicable payment processing. A confirmed worker gets the necessary address for their own paid booking. Until then, the worker should only receive the general area required to determine suitability.
