Care isn't a claim.
It's what we do.
There's no substitute for clarity when inviting someone to work at your home. Here's what Hyre is building, and what we won't claim before it's real.
Safety first. Always truthful.
Verification that means something
Worker eligibility is distinct from identity checks, background screening, licensing and insurance. We display a status only when the underlying check exists.
No surprise payment terms
You see the full approved job total and the relevant fee before checkout. Verified payment is required before a worker travels.
Communication in one place
In Homeowner Choice, ask questions before paying. With AI Matching, worker identity and direct chat appear once payment is confirmed.
Clear work boundaries
The initial pilot excludes hazardous, licensed and elevated-risk activities. A complex job should go to an appropriately qualified professional.
Real reviews only
Reviews are tied to actual completed jobs. We won't fill empty space with made-up stars, project counts, or worker endorsements.
Respect for both sides
Workers should understand terms, scheduling, and payout timing. Homeowners should understand who is coming and what work has been agreed.
We're building trust before asking for it.
Hyre is not yet a publicly operating marketplace. Screening, insurance, support and cancellation policies must be approved and operational before public hiring opens. We are not offering a money-back guarantee or insurance claim program today.
Community guidelinesOur initial service boundaries
Everyday nonhazardous cleaning, simple freestanding furniture assembly and light ground-level yard work are the intended starting categories.
