Two ways to hire
AI Matching provides a customer-approved scope and price before searching for workers. Once someone provisionally accepts, the homeowner has three hours to pay. Homeowner Choice lets people request worker quotes and discuss scope before approving a price.
Before the worker arrives
Full payment of the agreed amount plus disclosed fees and applicable taxes is required before work. A provisional AI match does not guarantee a specific worker will remain available through the entire three-hour window.
Responsibilities and exclusions
Everyday cleaning, freestanding furniture assembly and light yard tasks are the initial planned categories. High-risk, hazardous, regulated or licensed work is not automatically supported. Final cancellation and dispute terms require legal review.
Final terms are coming
The production user agreement, worker contract, payout rules and limitations must be reviewed and approved before live commercial operation. This page is not a substitute for those agreements.
